I bought a ticket to a Saturday night at the Jackson Hole Rodeo back in August. I packed the camera bag, dusted off my old straw hat, grabbed my sharpest looking pearl snap, and shined up the old sh*t kickers. When the dust settled, I shot about 1700 frames. The more I went through them in the editing bay, the more I liked the timeless black and white look. The color frames below are few that black and white just didn’t do justice. Overall, it was a damn fun time. My hat goes off to all the competitors who get in the arena 3 nights a week from May through September. Hope to shoot more rodeos down the road.
